Let me get this straight....

So, on Easter, we are supposed to honor our King; the King of kings.
We are supposed to reflect on the resurrection of our Messiah, Jesus - a Jewish rabbi who was killed for our sins.
We are supposed to reflect on the meaning of His life, death and resurrection.

Even though scripture says very plainly that He was crucified on Passover, we are supposed to completely disregard this scriptural festival in trade for a Pagan holiday, named after the Pagan god "Ishtar" and then let our kids search the yard for tiny Pagan symbols of fertility.

...then top it all of by having a big family dinner in Jesus name.

A big fat pork dinner in honor of
our Jewish rabbi who has done so much for us.

Because we love Him.
