Got Ushpizin?


With Sukkot coming up very quickly, I wanted to remind you to rent Ushpizin from Blockbuster this week. The word Ushpizin means "guests". It is customary for Jews to pray for God to send guests to stay in their sukkas during the Feast of Tabernacles.

The story is about a married Jewish couple going through some hard times, and having God perform some awesome miracles in their lives. It is not a Christian movie, but has many Christian values. It also gives a good idea of what the Feast of Tabernacles looks like in modern day Israel.
As for me and my family, we have tents in the back yard.

Whether you are a Christian or a Jew, or just like a good movie, you won't be sorry for renting it.
