One abortion in America every 24 seconds.
Mistakes are made, and what's in the past is in the past, but that shouldn't stop us from doing something about the future. Things like this give me hope for our community here in Montgomery County, Indiana.

"What a gorgeous day God has always provided us."
Patti Harvey, Women's Resource Center executive director, began her welcome to Saturday's Walk for Life with that statement.
As more than 40 walkers departed from the steps of the Wabash College Chapel, they had more thoughts to stroll on.
"The main point I want to share with you is this," Harvey told the walkers. "Nationally, there is an average of one abortion every 24 seconds. This walk will take you about a half an hour. That means about 75 abortions will happen. We have to do something about this." (emphasis mine)
The Walk for Life has the meaning of life for unborn babies. The Walk also means life for the Center as it acts as a fundraiser.
"Yes, we do this to raise money to keep our doors open," Harvey said. "More importantly, keep praying for these girls. They're right here in Montgomery County. Pray for them. Pray for our staff."
