For the second time in a month, United Nations Secretary General Kofi Annan revealed his pro-Arab bias at the weekend when, instead of condemning the Hizb’allah for breaking the terms of the ceasefire between it and Israel, he condemned Israel for acting in accordance with the provisions of that agreement.
Annan was backed up by his special Middle East envoy and also long-time critic of Israel, Terje Roed-Larsen. (emphasis, of course, mine)
