You'll have to forgive my pessimism;
but I think I just saw a pig fly by...
UPDATE: It looks like they have kept to the agreement... sort of. Evidently, the Russians are still digging in their positions, but they are preparing to pull out on Monday (tomorrow).
The Jerusalem Post has an article today about the Russians rearming their naval fleet with nuclear weapons.
